THE INCLUSIVE A.I. ART CHALLENGE 2026

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Organizers of this Inclusive A.I. Art Challenge (the “Challenge”) are Artsable Ltd. (“Artsable”, UEN: 202524888N), and Make the Change Pte. Ltd. (“MTC”, UEN: 201719974W or collectively the “Organizers”).

The reward for to the applicant (the “Artist”) for completing of the Challenge include fifty Singapore dollars (S$50) used for Course fees for “AI Content Creation” program delivered by MTC, paid directly by Artsable to MTC. Three (3) winners of the Challenge shall be awarded a total of five hundred Singapore dollars (S$500.00).

To participate in our Challenge, the Artist will need to abide by the following terms and conditions.

1. Artists must submit all required artwork (the “Artwork” or “Work”) by the form required by the Organizers before 3.00pm on 12th September, 2026.

2. All submitted Work must be in accordance to the requirement:

a) One (1) A.I. generated image that fits the theme “Colouring Lives”; and

b) Image generated using any A.I. generative tool provided or approved by the Organizers.

3. The Artwork must be the Artist's own work and the Artist may be required to provide proof of work. Artist who falsely submit the works of others as their own will be disqualified.

4. The following are criteria considered in judging the Artworks:

a) Creativity: Does your take on the theme feel original?

b) Visual impact: Is the image eye-catching and well put together?

c) Relevance to Theme: Is the theme clear without needing explanation?

5. Artwork must not include promotional material. This includes logos, branding, other forms of visual advertising. Works that contain promotional material may be disqualified.

6. The Artwork shall not infringe upon, misappropriate, or otherwise violate any copyright or other intellectual property rights of any third party.

7. Artwork that includes profanity or profane imagery, sexist, racist or hateful content will not be considered and will result in disqualification.

8. The decision of the judges is final, any attempts made to contest or dispute the results of this Challenge with either the Organizer or the judges, will result in instant disqualification.

9. Attend award ceremony or exhibition arranged by the Organizers.

10. Artist hereby grants and assigns to the Organizers, Sponsors and Partners the non-exclusive rights to publish, print, employ, advertise, or otherwise utilize the Work in any form, unless modified by a writing signed by the parties. Currently, the Sponsors and Partners include the following organizations:

c) L-Energy Pte. Ltd., UEN: 201836671M;

d) NightCafe Studios Pty Ltd., ABN: 76654351701 (Australia based);

f) SG Enable Ltd., UEN: 200822425N; and

g) Temasek Foundation Ltd., UEN: 201621232G.
